Sydney).
We are a pastoral ministry of the Diocese of Parramatta for first generation
migrants, temporary residents, visiting students and tourists. Our aim is to
preserve the Hungarian religio-cultural customs, traditions and values while
connecting the migrant community to the multicultural Australian society.
The chaplaincy provides pastoral care, formation programs and administration
of the sacraments in the native language. For pastoral reasons we provide
spiritual care to the Hungarian speaking Catholic community in the wider Sydney
Metropolitan Area under an agreement between the Diocese of Parramatta and
the Archdiocese of Sydney. |
